▸Each delivery purchase order with an amount of HK$300 or more can enjoy free delivery, if the purchase amount is less than HK$300 , an additional HK$90 delivery fee will be charged;
▸Delivery service: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, except public holidays (delivery arrangements will be adjusted according to the actual ride on the day);
▸Delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, but not covering remote areas, including outlying islands, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok restricted areas, piers, airports, conventions and exhibitions Center, logistics company/center/warehouse, etc.;
▸Delivery service is not applicable to delivery locations where trucks cannot be reached directly, or where there is no direct elevator access;
▸In the event of a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended and another arrangement will be made.
▸If the goods you received do not match the shopping list, please call 2142-8910, fax to 2142-8915, or email to sales@gen-xhardware.com.hk within two working days to arrange replacement of the goods.
In case of any dispute, Gen-X reserves the right of final decision.
