CupOfTherapy A5 large notebook white

CupOfTherapy was founded in May 2017. It isthe brainchild of the world-renowned illustrator Matti Pikkujämsä andpsychotherapists Antti Ervasti and Elina Rehmonen from Finland.
Every illustration is based on a true story. Encouragement, comfort and theattitude of humour are reflected through adorable animals, and clear and simplephrases.
CupOfTherapy’s motto is “Mental health made visible”, encouraging people to beaware and recognize their own emotions. Through CupOfTherapy’s works, they seekto allow people to obtain comfort, and raise global awareness on the importanceof mental health, despite sensitive and challenging issues.
