A mixture of naturally aged granulated miso made from Yu Akita soybeans and Japanese rice, and a rich Hatcho miso.

Later on, we added seven kinds of non-agriculture grains and Japanese vegetables, which tasted better.

Additive-free side dish miso, rich in flavor.

A mixture of additive-free natural grain miso made from Yu Akita soybeans and Japanese rice *Wano Utsu's Hatcho miso.

A mixture of seven kinds of domestic grains (large wheat, buckwheat, small rice, small rice, sweet potato, small rice, Chinese cabbage), seishin 烘烤, Chinese cabbage, green pepper, garlic, and ginger.

The miso is prepared with a rich flavor, no additives are added, and the top is sprinkled with a little spicy pepper.

Natural flavor of rich ingredients! ★ Uses grainy miso from Ando Shuzo (Kakunodate, Akita Prefecture).
