Made from 100% Hokkaido red beans, honey, Japanese fermentation, and yellow oil, this is a light and luxurious paste.

Rose May's original red bean paste (used from Hokkaido, no reduced starch sugar syrup), fermented yellow oil, honey is a special kind of "red bean paste", which has a rich yellow oil flavor.

Selected red bean paste, honey, and fermented soybean oil!

Rose May's special "Hongdousha", for use in Hokkaido, Hongdousha (unused reduced starch sugar syrup), for further use as raw material (oil) fermented by lactic acid bacteria, and for fermented red oil.

Fermented yellow oil is more expensive than ordinary yellow oil, but it has a pleasant aroma and a pleasant taste.

The fermented red bean paste has a light yellow oil flavor, smooth texture, and a uniform coating on the noodles.
